School Policies

The School has 2 terms, First term: June- November and Second term: December- May.

The fee structure will be available at the respective centers. Fees may differ from centre to centre. The fee is collected at the time of submission of admission form. All fees need to be paid through cheque in favor of ‘SHIKSHA VERITAS PVT. LTD. ’. Admission will be confirmed subject to the clearance of the cheque. The second term fee will be collected by the fifteenth of august.

The second installment of the school fees has to be completed by 15/06/2014 and the third installment by 15/08/2014.In case of late payments a penalty charge of Rs 100 per day will be applicable.

At the time of enrolment the following documents need to be submitted.

•	Enrolment form duly filled and signed by the parents/guardians.
•	Photocopy of the birth certificate issued by the competent Govt. / Municipal Authority.
•	Recent photograph of the child to be attached to the form. (4 Childs photo & 1 of each Parent)
•	Medical fitness certificate from a Doctor.
•	Blood group proof of the child to be provided.

	The duration of the Play-School, Nursery, Jr.KG and Sr.KG will be 3 Hours. Exact timing for the respective programs need to be confirmed at the respective centers.
	The child should be collected from the school latest by half hour after school timings. The school will not be responsible for the children after school timing.
	The School runs 2 batches. The first batch is from 8.30 am to 11.30 am. And the second batch is from 11.30 am to 2.30 pm.
	Any change in residential address must be communicated to the centre head at the school.
	Children will be handed over only to the parent. Guardian or any person nominated by the parent need to carry an identity card provided by the school with the child’s photograph.
	Any kind of disrespect/discourtesy to the members of the school staff by parents/guardians or any person accompanying the child will be considered a serious breach of discipline.
	Parents who wish to meet the teacher or Centre Head can do so on Friday after 2.00 pm with prior appointment.
	Parents/Guardians are expected to be present during open houses and on report day at the end of the second term.
	Children suffering from any contagious or infectious disease will not be permitted in the school.
	Leave or Absenteeism of more than 3 days must be obtained by a written application / medical certificate made in person by parent/guardian and should be approved by the Centre- Head.
	The school management reserves the right to add, alter or amend any of these rules and the same will be binding on the parents.
